THURSDAY IS AUS DERBY DAY! ROAR ON THE CBU CAPERS WOMEN'S TEAM

CBU CAPERS Women's side face old rivals StFX in the AUS play-offs tomorrow (Thursday) with a 4pm kick-off as they host the Conference finale at Ness Timmons Field.

The 2024 defending champion CAPERS finished third in the AUS this time around with a 7-2-3 record and will play X on home soil as they bid to win a slot in the semi-final against the UNB Reds on Friday.

All CAPERS Academy players can gain FREE entry to the game by using their special pass, if you wish one to be issued please email admin@soccercapebreton.com.

Soccer Cape Breton, the CAPERS Academy and all of our SCB member clubs wish Ness and the team every success as tyhey bid to retain their crown and do the island proud once more. Go CAPERS go!

Soccer Cape Breton is a non-profit organization.Â As a member of Soccer Nova Scotia, Soccer Cape BretonÂ is the governing body for soccer in the Cape Breton region.

We oversee the clubs within our district and handle things such as scheduling, registration, and refereeing. In the summer, we also run soccer festivals within the clubs for the mini age groups.

In addition, Soccer Cape Breton runs its own programs within the CBHRC complex. The Minis Program runs from fall to spring for children aged 3-10. This program teaches kids the fundamentals of soccer through physical, technical and tactical development, while incorporating fun into every drill!

We also have a Winter Academy for kids aged 11 and up. These players engage in weekly sessions which focus on increasing their technical and tactical abilities.
