Cape Breton FC Spring Assessments for 2005-2013 born players

Hello Soccer Cape Breton players and families,

That time of year has arrived! For those players born 2005-2013, Cape Breton FC will begin Spring assessments for youth players on Monday, March 20, 2023.  Click here for player assessments details.

Players interested in playing with Cape Breton FC this summer must attend these sessions so that appropriate player identification and placement can take place. Players cannot play with their community club team AND CBFC during the same season except in a call-up situation. Players who have already decided they will be playing with their home club team this summer should NOT attend these assessment sessions. Players currently registered with CBFC programs must also register for these sessions.

Playing with CBFC requires considerable travel (so far the U13AA boys, U15AA boys, U18A boys, U15AAA girls and U18A girls will be traveling to mainland NS regularly). Younger groups require local travel in Cape Breton and a significant commitment to training. Those interested in a purely recreational soccer experience should not attend these sessions.

There are no U15 Girls sessions as the U15AAA girls team was selected in Fall 2022 and is already in season.

There is no fee for these sessions but on-line registration is mandatory in order to attend. There is no on-site registration.

Please note that Soccer Nova Scotia is moving away from the Demosphere system. All new registrations will be with RAMP.
